Casey Anthony Ordered Back to Orlando For 1-Year Probation

Casey Anthony, who was released from the Orange County jail shortly after being found not guilty of murdering her daughter Caylee, has been ordered back to Orlando, Florida to begin 1-year supervised probation for check fraud charges.

Back in 2010, she was charged with stealing a friend’s checkbook and forging several checks. According to Judge Stan Strickland, he had assumed that Anthony had served her one-year probation while she was behind bars, but once he found out that she didn’t, the attorney’s of Anthony were told to get their client back to Orlando within 72 hours to serve the year-long probation.

Since she was released from jail on July 17th, location after location has been rumored regarding her whereabouts, but she was never ultimately actually located. One thing is for sure, though — once she returns to her home city, in the same city where her daughter’s remains were found — those curious with her location will at least be able to narrow down the state and city she is located. Her exactl location on where she will carry out her probation has not been publicly disclosed for obvious reasons, however.

However, it should be noted that Anthony’s attorney Cheney Mason is looking to have the case disqualified. He and Anthony’s other attorney’s are looking to seek an emergency motion to prevent their client from carrying out the probation because of fear of her security.
