Kat Von D cancels Promotional Appearances

To avoid talking about Kat Von D break-up with Jesse James, she has been cancelling promotional appearances. She's also not heading to the editing studio to remove any of the footage showcasing their relationship on "L.A. Ink."

That includes footage like the clip that's been previewed which shows Von D excitedly revealing a tattoo she got of James' 7th grade picture for his birthday. That, and a few straight-forward comments, caused her to walk out of her "Good Day L.A." interview.

But "L.A. Ink" executive producer Gil Lopez tells People that she's not shying away from keeping all that in the show, plus more.

"Kat wants to show that this was a fairy tale and that she was truly in love," exec producer Gil Lopez told People. "Unfortunately, [the split] happened, but there have been no re-edits."

"We had access to this relationship," Lopez adds. "We stayed on [Jesse's] property. We were in Baja with them and we got it all and show that that they were truly in love."

Even more surprisingly, along with the "fairy tale" romance between Von D and famed adulterer James, the TLC show also delves into some of the couple's lows and what made the couple break-up.

"We're going to hear how that romance started," Lopez says. "We're going to hear how he proposed to her and we're going to hear how they got to the point where they are up to now."

Jesse James Ex- Wife Arrested for Harassment

Janine Lindemulder, Jesse James' ex wife and mother to his child, was arrested for harassment two days after Jesse James was awarded custody of their daughter.

Jesse is having some girl problems, from his split from superstar Sandra Bullock to his recent break-up with Kat Von D, and now his ex is harassing him over a custody battle. Maybe Jesse should spend some time on himself to find out why he has a pattern of failed relationships.

Janine was arrested earlier in the year, and was ordered not to harass or annoy Jesse further. She reportedly called him close to 30 times, and that was enough to get picked up by police and taken to jail.

Jesse has a lot on his plate at the moment and his daughter should be the first thing on his mind. He gained full custody so he must be doing something right, hopefully, for the child's sake. If Janine keeps harassing Jesse James, she could find herself in jail for a while.

Kat Von D Cancelled Entire Publicity Tour

Kat Von D, the celebrity tattoo artist, is not "strong enough" to face the press following her broken engagement to Jesse James. So she has cancelled her entire publicity tour.

The star, who was due to promote the new series of her reality show L.A. Ink across America this summer, walked out on a TV interview on Wednesday, moments before she was due to go live, after learning she would be quizzed about her break-up. The incident prompted Von D to axe the tour altogether to concentrate on mending her broken heart.

In a post on her Facebook.com page later on Wednesday, she wrote, "Today was really hard for me. And no ones (sic) to blame other than myself... Tomorrow the new season of LA Ink starts and I admit I'm not strong enough to do all the press I committed to doing for the show. Today was a perfect example of that...

"Ratings. Sales. Publicity. The amount of followers I have on twitter.None of those things matters to me. Watch the show or don’t watch it. Whether people tune in or not doesn't change my best efforts or the quality of what I do, because when you make something for the sake of putting good out into the universe, the payback comes from a much more fulfilling place than any man made form of payment." Von D and James confirmed their split on Tuesday.

Jesse James and Kat Von D Breaks Up

Jesse James and Kat Von D have called off their engagement and broken up. The couple, who were set to marry this year, got together following James's messy divorce from Sandra Bullock.

James, 42, and the LA Ink star, 29, were engaged in January and had been planning a summer wedding around the one-year anniversary of when they started dating.

I'm so sad because I really love her," the distance between us was just too much. James told.

But posting a message on Twitter yesterday, LA Ink star Von D said: "I am no longer w Jesse, and out of respect for him, his family and myself, thats all the info I'd like to share. Thanks for respecting that."

James was dumped by Bullock amid claims he had cheated on her multiple times with other women.

He is yet to comment on his split from Von D. Von D also sent a message to James's daughter Chandler on Twitter, writing: "Kisses to you both."
