Miss Universe 2011 Leila Lopes
Miss Angola Leila Lopes was crowned the new Miss Universe in a pageant televised live on Monday night from Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Olesia Stefanko, Miss Ukraine, was the runner-up. Miss Brazil Priscila Machado came in third. Miss Philippines Shamcey Supsup and Miss China Luo Zilin rounded out the top five finalists.
Lopes edged out 88 other competitors to win the 60th annual title.
