Gavin DeGraw was assaulted early Monday morning in NYC and taken to the emergency room, his rep confirms to Us Weekly. The 34-year-old's rep tells Us the singer "is currently under observation" at Bellevue Hospital but that "no additional information" is being provided at this time.
A source adds that the "Chariot" singer "was attacked" and it was "not his fault."
Gavin DeGraw is scheduled to perform Tuesday night in Saratoga Springs, NY with Maroon 5 and Train. "They don't know yet if he will be okay to make the show tomorrow," a source adds.
